Boiling pots and pans in standard sizes on the Sahara kitchen are manufactured for pressure cooking. There are locking mechanisms in the oven door sections that cannot be opened while driving. The cooking chamber is double-walled, made of stainless steel, has a steel spring, hinged and special silicone gasket lid, and has a safety valve. It has a fast cooking feature thanks to its water jacket. The water fill, drain and indicator valves are made of ball valves for speed. The average meal capacity is 215 or 560 people, and the number of pans and pots can be increased upon request.
