- The body of the device is made of 18/8 Cr-NI stainless steel stony sheet.
- The lid is made of specially formed stainless steel sheet for strength.
- It cooks indirectly with the oil circulating around the boiler with the bain-marie system.
- With multi-stage thermostat, it has the opportunity to set the temperature between 60-1800C.
- The boiling temperature of the oil around the boiler (jacket) is above 200°C.
